**Brainflips - This site allows you to create flashcards. You have to register, but it is free. There is a tutorial to show you exactly how to create the flashcards and the different ways to study the flashcards. This would be a great tool to use. Create the flashcards, give your students the link and title of the flashcards, and let them study at home.

**Quia - You can create your own learning games or search in the shared resources section. The site does require a subscription for access to all the resources and to be able to create your own lessons. However, you do not need a subscription to search through the shared resources section. There is a 30 Day Free Trial. The subscription fee is $49.00 for a one-year subscription. If you have 10 or more teachers signing up, they do have discount pricing.

ConnectSums - interactive game where students are given an amount and must decide what coins, digits, or dice to use to make that amount.

SumStacker - interactive game where students are given three amounts and must match those amounts with coins, digits, or dice while racing against the clock.

The Sinking Octopus - This is a hangman-type game where students try to guess a word by selecting letters. If they select a letter that is in the word, the letter will be displayed in the correct position(s) of the word. However, if the letter is not contained in the word, it plays a splashing sound and the octopus sinks down the page. Students get six incorrect selections until the octopus sinks to the bottom and the word is revealed. *Right now this there are only color words. Jim Hollis, the creator of this game is working on a template so you can input your own words.

www.manythings.org - This is a fun study site for learners of English as a Second Language. The site contains numerous activities that work great on a SMART Board including word games, puzzles, quizzes, exercises, slang, proverbs and much more. The audio content on this site is amazing.
